Return and Refund Policy

At Smoke Bayou, we take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food and beverages. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Food Orders

All Sales Are Final: Once your order has been prepared, cooked, and/or delivered, it cannot be returned.
Quality Concerns: If you believe your order was incorrect, incomplete, or did not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase so we can address the issue.
Resolution Options: At our discretion, we may offer:
- A replacement meal
- A store credit for future purchases
- A partial or full refund

2. Catering Orders

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm catering bookings.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to avoid additional charges.
Refunds for Catering: If canceled within the required time frame, you may receive a partial refund excluding the deposit.

3. Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

Merchandise (such as apparel, sauces, or branded products) may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are inspected and approved.

4. Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
